Shona - I finally tried that dog shampoo last night...

A few weeks ago Shona kindly gave me a bottle of dog shampoo and last night I thought it was finally time to give it a go.

Both the girl's coats looked lovely afterwards....well for a few hours anyway.

Stumpy evidently didn't like the smell and went straight out and rolled in something gross

and Hoki went charging through the soggy ground, so she's now back to being brown underneath.

So, thank you Shona, it was a lovely gesture, but I'm afraid it seems to be somewhat wasted on my girls

PS no sign of their legs and coat getting longer

(the shampoo was 'specially formulated' for Afghans )
