my dog has skin issues?

he has pus coming out of these ugly scars.
in his inner back thighs one on each. on his left back thigh he has two smaller ones.
one on the top of his head. another really big one on his back.
he acts like his normal hyper self. he eats a lot..
he just recovered from diahrrea and hes doing much better.
what kind of skin disease can it be?
im pretty scared. hes a male by the way.
and im a newbie to dogs too..
please help mee..

How old is he??

What is he?? what is a Maltipoo??

I think its a Maltese crossed with a poodle..

Do any of those have bad skin??

Is it an allergy?? how long have you had him..does he sleep on a soft bed?

yes, a maltipoo is a maltese poodle.
he just stayed at the vet's for 4 days because he had diarrea, as i said. and he comes back with a tiny rash and three days later its huge.
nowadays he sleeps outside.. in a fenced area. its actually pretty big..
and hes like 6 months old.

If the lumps are pussy, that indicates infection. Personally I would be taking him back to the vet - he may need antibiotics.

Does the fenced area where he sleeps have a roof or a kennel for him to sleep in??

I would try washing the areas with diluted hibiscrub or similar..and go back to the vets for antibiotics as Vicki says..

I agree with the others where there is pus he needs to be seen by a vet

Why would you be having a tiny little dog like that sleeping outside ? ( Just curious )

I would guess location is Ghana, so it would be more practical. With an infection like that in a country like Ghana a vet visit would be vital.
