Pets as Therapy Training

I'm really hoping that Kiba and I can get into the Pets as Therapy training scheme. Of course Kiba's still a young pup so he's got some growing up to do and I've got work to do with him first on his recall and taking treats gently rather than trying to eat fingers as well.

I was wondering if any of you guys here have PAT dogs and what sort of training was required so we can start working on things at home to get Kiba ready.
