I find I don't bounce as well as I used to :(

oh well had a slip on the ice last week. bruised a few bits n bobs.(around the sit down area ) tonight i was out with ben. and there was this dog on the field that hates all dogs.plus its got fleas and scabby bits. so i went to go home. and there was a slippery bit. and down i went. twisted my back.and ankle and yep the sit down bit is hurting again. (bruised coxix) cant walk to well. and sitting is a bit difficult. so extra painkillers.and wheatbags n hotties
so i dont bounce like i did when i was a kid. but i cried like a kid.
so i realy dont know what im going to be like 2morrow.

Aww - poor you.

I went down on some ice the other day and really felt it the day after....and I have a fair bit of padding. The bruises were pretty colours, but not where anyone was going to see!

I hope you are not too bad tomorrow.

Ouch, Cathy.

I know how sore you're going to be today. Do as little as possible, and try to rest.

Big hugs xxx
