son in court

have used my detective skills and have found out what he is in court for. its for the driving offences that i reported him for last summer.

quite honestly i am now pleased i did it and and am pleased that the matter has gone to court because i dont believe he has learnt his lesson.

my guess is that he will be banned and fined - not bad for someone who hasnt even got a provisional licence

It must have been so hard for you to report your son but you did the right thing. I do hope he learns a lesson from it.

Listen, being a terrific mother you will see the signs of him if he tries it again. You just keep at it,if he needs reporting again,I'm sure you will do it again.
I hope you don't have to worry about it all again. It aint fair what some kids put their parents through, you above all deserve better.Maybe some day soon he will appreciate all you have done for him.
If you need a little more support you just pm me and I'll help you all I can, xxxxxxxxx

Such a difficult but strong move on your half Sue. I hope your son can find this to be a turning point.

Like all the above I agree you did the right thing. Whatever the history and reasons he wasn't heeding your warnings he is now facing the law of the land so let us hope it'll be a wake up call for him and a new start for the both of you.

Sue, you did the right thing for sure.
So many kids nowadays could do with just that wake up call.
Respect for the law and society in general is so lacking nowadays. So many parents stand up for their children when they have knowingly done wrong, and this is right from their infant years.
When I was young if someone told my Mum I'd been naughty, God help me!

I'd have done exactly the same thing.
