It looks as if it will be bright here as well forecast said heavy rain and although it was almost foggy early doors it has moved off. Just pottering around getting ready to go out I am picking up a friend up for the meal and ready for a nice catch-up lot of things happened since we all got together last so NEWS - NEWS - NEWS. LOL

Wet when I got up but now the sun is shinning. Teazle walked but not a happy bunny as `I made her wear her coat Just fiddling around this morning and cooking dinner for everyone.

ordered a new white door bell button and should arrive today. this is the exisiting one looks terrible with the brass worn away. never noticed before

the actually bell didn't work when a delivery driver tried to ring, the actual hammer inside to bell had stuck. WD40 soon fixed that
So that is the next job replacing the door bell push button

I need you Barry to fix my grand daughter clock as you sound as though you could. It needs cleaning. Sun still shining. Kazz wish I could contact you.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your grandaughter clock. It shows the right time twice a day

It does but it doesn't tick. just had an email from daughter in meadville,pa and it is minus 7 and snowing a lot.

Good afternoon all

After a very rainy start it dried up in time for our morning outing. We did set off a bit later though when the rain looked like stopping

That's always a worry Brenda as we usually follow on from the USA weather-wise. I hope not.

Gary's fire alarm went off big time at 4 am and he was woken by a couple of firemen and a carer. Now it's gone off properly, maybe, just maybe the guys who installed the damned thing will come back and fix it although I'm not holding my breath

Getting the washing done today. Washer, dryer and on hangers. Minimalist wash days these days

new bell push fitted and old rubbed down and primer put on
