Teeming Tuesday 15th November 2022

Morning all. Yep teeming with rain here, again. Hope you all had a good evening and night. Not a lot to impart here just the usual as it is raining. I will go and pick up tv paper if it stops for a bit. Then it will be back to the book. Another one called Sparkle. Quite good. Have a good day everyone.

Yep raining hard here. It was dry when I left for the school run but started just before I reached Ben's and hasn't stopped. Well it has tested my last cleaning of the windscreen with rubbing acholhol as suggested by Kelly, but no still smearing. Will give it another go when dry and see what happens then. Just can't understand why both cars are the same and nobody else's round here is affected. Can only put it down to the fact the cars were cleaned when serviced at main dealers and the wipers not used for months afterwards as no rain. The saga continues.

Oak leaves falling like confetti here bet the roof gutters are full of them, so I know the next job when the weather permits. My cold I have, given to me by Sue, seems to be easing off a bit but it has gone from sneezing to chest
I see Royal Mail were on strike yesterday, I thought interferring with the mail was a criminal offence but what do I know

Sue, my dad cleaned his with white spirit at the weekend....no clue why but he did, I think that was something to do with smears. Only other thing I can think of is calling a mobile valeter and explaining the situation and seeing if they are kind and will offer any advice
I will join the wet and soggy section....coat, jumper, socks, jeans pants and that was just getting off the bus from town

His Kelly , I have tried white spirit, white vinegar, washing up liquid, meths, steam cleaner, expensive glass cleaner and now rubbing alcohol. I might pop into a valeting place near here and ask them. Barry is suggesting a pressure washer but will have to wait until it stops raining for that

Absolutely chucked it down all day and I've been out in it most of the afternoon. Even my knickers were soaked by the time I got home.
