Hearty congratulations to them both, and no wonder you're excited. By August things will hopefully be getting back to normal and you can participate in the new arrival with all the family.

Awwww lynn, really really pleased for you!!!
Chris, enjoy the walk, hope it stays dry
Sue... hoping the sale goes smoothly
Kazz, lol...we all knew that you went to the door so we decided to sneak in and post
Moyra, hope you feel better soon
Harvey...took the pills but feeling a bit crap
Had a change of plan, as some of you may know, my neighbour is a vet, I was chatting with her mum yesterday and she knows I am struggling at the moment so she said Simrath could take a look today....I declined as it's her day off but Simrath messaged me this morning and offered to look at Dakota, do you know what, the dog wasn't sedated and she was really good for Simrath, she stood and got examined. The consensus is its probably a nasty sprain and I am to be very strict...toilet breaks on lead and carrying up the stairs... Another week of rest and if no better then the vet and it will be x-ray....she said it could be a fractured toe but there wouldn't be treatment except rest for that. I honestly am amazed at how well she behaves for simrath

It's because there is no anaesthetic smell and no floors that are slippery. So pleased she was good. and you were there.

She was on her on territory so to speak Griff the journey to the vets and our "build up" puts them on a different scale at times especially when we expect the worst. Glad all is good.

Lynn - Fantastic news.

I have always thought the breed of dog usually fits the owner. But there are exceptions to the rule.
