Daily Thread 8th February 2021

Morning all
Awake again at silly o'clock!!
Think I am having a mini flare up so going to take a higher dose steroid for a couple of days and see if that helps
My mum's birthday today, usually she would have met up with her friends but obviously can't so I bought her a birthday cake .....i swear, for £4.60 it's massive (serves 16 allegedly)...it was from Asda and I will deffo buy it again.
I think we have snow, not looked out the window but my doorbell shows dad's car looking white, somehow doubt it's deep enough for sledging lol.....I haven't got a sledge anymore

Morning griff and all to follow.
Up early here to walk Dillon early Gorden has to be at the cabin for 9. If he can get in. Doors might be frozen, we have snow not to deep but white everywhere and causing road chaos in the town apparently.
Happy Birthday to your mum.
Got a black bin liner or tray ? If you have away you go.

Stay safe everyone.

Strange when Sue says the sky is full of it m,eans one thing, but means something completely different when she says to me, I am full of it. No wonder foreigners get confused with our language

Good morning all now well a covering here too been out with her highness and now back for a bacon sarnie back at work tomorrow. Just gonna do a few bits and pieces and then out again with Gert shower and bed ready for work. The sky looks full of it here too Sue.

Hope you are all good saw a chap with two tiny little ones and a sled as we were coming back down the hill they were going up. LOL

Griff Happy birthday to your Mom and hope the extra steroids help you somewhat.

Lynn Had to laugh thought of Gorden riming into work to say he is unable to get into work because of the snow.

Sue Hope you manage to get out and about with Teazle, it chilly but not I do not think as cold as yesterday.

TW She who speaks the truth....LOL

Moyra Have a good day have you thought any more of the move?

Have a good day all.

Good morning all.

Don't really know what's good about it. Snow, high winds makes for blizzard when it comes down. Covering everything and still keeps coming on and off. The sun keeps trying and I hope it makes a gigantic effort soon to get rid of the white stuff, but I doubt it for a couple of days at least.

For those who love the stuff - enjoy

For those like me that hate it - hunker down and it will be a distant memory in a few days

Whichever, I hope you find something to enjoy
