Daily chat Sunday gathering 7th FEBRUARY 2021
Morning all. Been here nearly 3 months, well it will be on Wednesday. I am fascinated by working out sounds especially now in a new place. I know most of them now. When known I can dismiss them. What sounds do you know? Find it even more fascinating if I have my hearing aids in which I only use when listening to the tele or radio/music.Have a great day everyone. No snow yet here.

Round my way I hear foxes barking, occasionally owls and of course the obligatory sea gulls.
It was raining when I got up but now snowing but I do 't think it will settle as the ground is too wet. I was looking forward to a walk in the snow.

Very windy here and so so cold, at least it's not raining though. We have been threatened with snow will wait and see what comes.
Not much on today just staying warm.

A stay at home day for us (sorry Rosie). The wind is howling and blowing at over 50 mph and rising. Trees down, floods in some of the surrounding villages so it's hunker down and staying safe.
It's going to be a long day. The day seems endless on the few days in the year when we can't get out for a walk.

Been out for a shall we say bracing walk with the dog...she adored it totally, and I love the fact no "fair weather walkers" out and about. Back home by 9.30am after a lovely 21/2 hours out and about. Sausage sarnie and now catching up on last nights the voice.
Roast pork chop dinner today.
