"Let em fight" ANGRY!

I have just got back from my usual late evening stroll with my American Bulldog and Spike my Olde Tyme Bulldog. Upon making my way back home there was a guy with a Staffy walking off the lead Upon seeing me with my dogs it came running over, and decided to pick a fight with my American Bulldog Moki, now shes only just over a year old, and has no fight in her (if you know what i mean) shes an over friendly boisterous young dog who loves other dogs and everyone she meets. I asked him to help me pull his dog off, and he replied "Oh just let em fight"
So i had to tie my Olde Tyme up to some railings close by, to try and seperate them, my poor girl was sreaming on her back in submission, the Staff had no collar on so i couldnt really make a grab for it as i didnt want to get bitten in the process, im sorry to have to say this but i used everything i had to get his dog off mine. I eventually managed to seperate them without the help of the staffs owner, and upon me seperating them he lets the dog loose again, and it came running up to my Olde Tyme who i had just untied from some railings and goes for him, so my dog just grabbed it around the throat and pinned the staff to the floor. Only then he decided to act, as he thought his dog was getting hurt, so i pull my dog off which was quite easy this time as there was no real agression on his part. The guy then grabbed his staff by the scruff of the neck and dragged it down the road, shouting and smacking it
Honestly some people dont deserve animals
I`m here with my AB now and she will need to see the vet, as it looks like a wound on her front leg will need stitching, i cannot get the bleeding to stop, and theres a wound on her face that will also possibly need looking at, and now im sat here feeling so bl**dy angry

O gosh WG I bet you are shaking all over..those poor dogs all of them. Hope your girl is ok. I would give the wounds a good wash with some salty boiled water, teeth wounds get infected so easily and press a clean cotton pad on the wound to staunch the bleeding. guess your girl will need and injection too
((((((hugs all)))))))

awww so sorry to hear about your dogs i hope they are okay soon

can you not make a report to the local dog warden about this dog and owner???

there is a woman around the corner from me and she loves nothing more than to let her two dogs out everytime i walk past with my rottie, they run at him and try to bite him,i restrain harley but sometimes it is hard, and then she turns round and says she is gonna report me for having a dangerous dog

needless to say i,ve had to revise my walks and go the long way round

I would report him to the police and sue him for the vet costs! I dunno what I'd do if that happened to me an Rocky! But it wouldnt be nice! *Angry Azz* ! Makes me want to arrange for all of us to drive down to yours and lets steal that dog off him and find it a decent home and in the process if the man gets trod on.. oh well!
