Heidi gets a swim in one of the pools near by, and she only gets to run around in the fields like a lunatic in the early morning and evening.

I use a pump spray out of B&Q. I hose Star down or put it on to a fine mist and let it rain on her.

We can only go out for walks at night when it has cooled down.

I keep Zoi inside during the hotest part of the day and have either fans or A/C to keep her cool. It is also cool in the backyard with all the trees so sometimes we just hand out there doing nothing but enjoying the breeze. We go to the park very early in the morning or when the sun has gone down, it gets so hot here some days that the heat makes me feel sick.
