Ah, I think I get where you are coming from.

Gary had much the same with the bad neighbour he had. Unfortunately he did get very worried by him, but karma got the barsteward in the end

I am pleased Gary got things sorted, one day I will be able to tell you all the whole lot that's been going on...I feel bad I can't say a lot.
