Up on the roof ...

Popped up onto the roof above me today to check on the solar panels before winter and took a few pics - Bella wasn't impressed she thought it was very boring. Obviously doesn't appreciate 'views' more into smells. Not much to sniff up there.
Looking south (well looking at Bella!)

Looking North over the old town

Looking east - this is the same view from my verandah below but can see a bit further one floor up

And it's still like midsummer weather here. It is going to KILL me when I get off that plane if we don't get a bit of colder weather soon. I will go into shock!

No Darcy. I have a huge sea view verandah just below it the width of my living space. and another one north facing outside my bedroom looking over the old town to ancient St Lazarus Church. And the verandahs are kitted out with sofas and armchairs and flowers and plants (not water tanks, piping and solar panels!) I do go up to check my solar panels tho coz they work much better when clean in winter. And if I hear strange noises. Used to watch fireworks from up there but now I've got little Bella and they bother her so much I'd rather shut all apertures and stay here with her. Even if she won't let me cuddle her!
