Ooh, I love macaroni cheese. I know I eat far too much cheese. I'm doing a spicy couscous thing tonight.

Well done for losing the weight, I have put on loads of weight and could do with losing some, it's very hard to control what I eat as OH does the cooking. Even when I tell him portion sizes are too big he takes little notice, I eat it because I hate waste and don't want him giving it to the dogs.

I've just lost 2 1/2 stone. It's taken a full 12 months. Just losing a lb every week or 10 days so I'm quite happy now. I'm just about on the top end of the normal weight range but don't want to lose anymore. I just ate slightly smaller portions & not eating between meals & it's surprising you don't really notice it.
I had to give 17 pairs of trousers to the charity shop a few weeks ago cos they kept falling down. so now I'm visiting charity shops buying smaller ones. Talk about re-cycling

I'm adding elastic to waist bands but had to buy a new bra and undies as they were starting to have a worrying habit of falling down ! Haven't thrown anything away yet though.

I am hoping that when I get back to my summer eating habits [salad, salad and more salad] I will be able to shift another few kilos. When it is cold I always seem hungry and although I do not snack I just seem to eat much larger portions of whatever I have cooked.

Hi, having lost 3 stone last year, recent stresses have led to me comfort eating & gaining 6lb. Time to nip it in the bud. I'm back to calorie counting & aiming to walk more.
