Gym workouts!

Here are some workouts me and my boyfriend did in the gym.
Now you can all practice and survive the future zombie attack
These are all handy skills for being agile, keeping your baby (or dog!) alive and hanging on to your supplies.

Zombie survival workout

General workout, back, arms and legs

Do it Azz, go for a really good time Hehe.
I don't think I've ever been in better shape, it must be doing me some sort of good all these sessions a week .

Malka: watch it all, maybe you can classify it as a workout, lol

It is a MMA gym, but they got like...everything Which is awesome. I really enjoy training when I can do other things than just sit on a machine!

I do bootcamps for women too and we work a lot on body weight exercises and interval exercises. Sometimes I even think they enjoy it .

(I'm a PT so I have to be in decent shape, lol)

10 years ago maybe.........now though .......... definitely not!!! p.s. What's with the ball bashing bit???

I think my long morning walk includes just about most of those things, stretching down to pick up the ball every few minutes, winding my way around trees down slippery leafy slopes, climbing back up again keeping up with the dog as I go, carrying all the clothing I took off cos I got too hot (qualifies for your liftings interludes there ) jumping a few fallen trees on the way, YEP, I can do it all.........but a lot slower lol!

Oh to be your age again

Ditto! I am now just more careful not to grasp the branches of shrubs to help me navigate the stupid places I walk the dog for her amusement - a min pin needs a lot less thoroughfare than I do!
