Dougal and I see deer quite regularly up in the woods. One day I saw a young one, must have been last years fawn cause it was just standing in the meadow watching us walk past and didn't seem too bothered...now and then it would start chewing it's mouthful of food..which was fantastic for me cause I love seeing them.

I'll probably be seeing them more as well cause they come down to Coulhill woods in winter.

HI krlyr good to know i'm not the only one whos dogs go deaf when deer are about The other local dog walkers found it highly amusing telling me where they were and i could usually hear the racket they make in the distance and then coming back in big circles untill my youngest gets so tired he falls over sideways and just gasps like a fish out of water My slightly older dog gets fed up and comes back first!
