Hopefully it we give the other more incentive to stop strolling along just hoping that a rabbit will commit suicide and jump in their mouths.

They have got to learn that if they want a fresh rabbit, then they have got to catch it.

I think the main problem is that my lot live a life of luxury as all they do is go out four times a day, plus the obligatory eat and sleep.
They have been looking on here Colin that's why!

I wondered if she'd leave the ears. She must have left the feet cos they are lucky. (Not so lucky for that wee rabbit though. )

I've just noticed this topic's been moved.
How come? It's photos of a dog eating raw food.
I could understand if it was pictures of the hunt itself..

Good point, I wonder why it was moved from the Raw Feeders thread where I first posted it?

Well done Jess, our Bara once emerged from the undergrowth with a leg of deer and by the time we had got back to the car about 40 minutes latter she had eaten the lot

No, my most recent addition is Jet, who has all the speed, but lacks a brain.

She just runs around like a nutter as soon as she sees a rabbit, rather than chasing it down.

Got to ask, but what happened to the rest of the deer?

We never saw it Most likely it had been an RTA and something (Foxes maybe) had eaten the rest of it

Also at that time we hadn't had Bara for long and she still had a few 'problems' one of which was a great reluctance to release anything she had in her mouth so I didn't try to retrieve it from her.

Three years on she is a different dog completely and will now 'give up' food (on command) 'tho sometimes she has to 'think' about it first
