Butter, definitely butter...cooking wasn't something my Mum enjoyed but baking and she was incredible. She always said use butter and there is a definite difference.

Well, butter has it! And Eileen; they advertise Golden Cow as butter...a few years ago it would have been margarine, before the health stuff got sensible, and cholesterol level are not just about what you eat. I know and old couple; she eats no cholesterol foods and porridge etc and her levels are sky high while he eats duck eggs and all the rich things and his is low. Not fair is it!
