Doesn't sound boring at all.

I may do myself a salmon, cottage cheese and cucumber sandwich.

Dillon had salmon and cottage cheese for breakfast this morning and I must admit it did look rather yummy.
So I thought then thats what I might do for my tea as I have several tins of salmon in the cupboard.

Just grilled chicken and salad (and Nando's sauce ). I was going to do a sort of curry with sweet potato but I've used the sweet potato to make wedges to go with the mackerel fish cakes I've made the children.

My mum used to make us boiled bacon, boiled spuds with butter and cabbage - oh wow, I loved it! I still would if I ate red meat.
