my dying dremel

my trusty dremel, that has kept the nails down on more toes than i like to remember, is about to pack in its been on a go slow for a while now-in its prime i could do 2 dogs toes back and front no problems but now im struggling to get 2 feet done at a time busy looking around to see how much the new ones are now, as this ones ancient, and about to give up

thats a cordless drill---not a dremel :P theyd have a fit if i came at them with something that big-theyd think there time was up
