Eastern salmon

1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of clear honey
1/2 teaspoon of chinese five spice powder
2 x 125g (4 1/2 oz) Salmon fillets

Preheat oven to Gas 6/200c/fan oven 180c

Mix the soy sauce, honey and chinese five spice in a shallow, oven proof dish just big enough to take the fillets.

Roll the salmon in the mixture so that all the sides are coated. Place them skin side down in the dish.

Bake in the oven of 20 mins or until the fish is cooked.
