SPanish eggs
tin tomatopeppers whatever colour, sliced,
onion cnopped
baby sweetcorn's
green beans
and anyother veg you might like
salt and pepper
place all ingredients in casserolle dish,
make 4 indents in mixture and break in an egg into
each indent.
Bake at 170degrees C for about 45 mins...
fab on a cold night...
