Thank you Kazz it is and a very quiet area and we discovered a shop within walking distance to.
Now have to wait to see if offer is accepted we have gone in at the minimum price as suggested by the agent. Thing is it is on with another agent to and there is this other offer on the table which he is fed up of waiting for things to happen.
We do have room to increase the offer and will do if first offer not accepted.

Yes one of the first we viewed Kazz it has a corrugated asbestos kitchen roof.
Thanks griff offer not accepted yet and we may well have to increase and hope this doesn't spur the person who offered first to pull their finger out.
At least we have made an offer. I said to Jess the agent no jumping on the tables and to much noise now.

All fingers & toes crossed here for you Lynn if the other people are dragging their feet it is probably because they can't get a mortgage. So if you offer a tad more and effectively a cash buyer you are in a strong position.
