For quite a few years now our Christmas day is Boxing day due to the Grandchildren and being split between the families.
We always have belly of pork and all the trimmings.
Mark, Tracey and the Grandchildren will be spending Boxing day with us and staying the night now we have moved and go back at their leisure the following day.

You are insane!

No it wasn't Aylesbury that's an easy word to remember! It was HUGE just about fitted in the oven! I'm sure Mart will be able to tell me as he still moans about it sometimes lol!

Barbary Duck?

You have to remember this is Cyprus and you can't always take as gospel what they put on the labels!

Roast Lamp is seen all over! And lots of Pork Shops too!

Yep. I had to buy a special long oval dish to put it in! None of mine were big enough! Can't say I recommend it!

We have main meal Christmas eve, we used to do it so Charlotte could stuff herself with sweets if she wanted, made for a happier Christmas. Now it suits as there is no arguing whose parents get to see them.

I will be flitting about feeding cat at work and visiting cousin.

We're doing Roast hog and 4 bird roast on Christmas day with all the trimming...Christmas pud and brandy.

The night time will see a 'help yourself' table with salad

Boxing Day will be a party platter with cold meats and christmas log/desserts

Having all the kids and 13 grandkids, its makes life easier
