I've had it because i'm pregnant, i just took the midwife's advice, glad to see it contains the swine flu in it this year too. I wasn't ill at all, just a bit sore the first night to sleep on.

I looked into having it years ago but was told it's not so good for M E sufferers so have never bothered .
