Congrats! Must be the week for it as we've just had our offer on a house unofficially accepted - just got to pray no one gazzumps us and our mortgage goes through fine (our financial adviser can't see us to get our mortgage sorted until Monday so many chewed nails and lots of nervous pacing over the weekend!).
