Weight day is wednesday but I am being impatient as I have been good this week haha.

Really hoping to have lost 2lbs this week!!

Well I haven't been perfect with my food but think I've done ok this week. Plus I have still been putting the effort into exercise, but I feel really big around my middle, maybe I have lost it elsewhere and so now I notice it more or maybe I'm just focussing on it more. I do think I could have a bit of water retention though cos I'm not good at drinking enough water and have been feeling really thirsty all the time recently.

I wouldn't worry, I don't eat anything like perfectly haha, but I don't worry as I average it out over the week! I want to lose weight by week and weigh myself by week, so I eat by week, if that makes sense!

The one thing I need to do is to get more sleep! I am rubbish at getting enough sleep lol

I lost 5lbs

So that means I have lost a total of 24lbs so far!

Wow Kammi thats brilliant! Well done you! I'm really pleased for you 24lb is great!

I think I've lost a bit but I'm not sure and I'm feeling a bit up and down with it at the moment so I'm holding off weighing myself for a couple of weeks and still going by my clothes.

I'm keeping a food diary and my walks/runs in there too. I'm not exactly religious about it but think it's helping me not to go way over...
