Well done Wales (hopefully!)

The Welsh Government is consulting on how the new rules will be brought in, but developers say the cost of installing sprinklers, on top of other targets, will hamper house building in poorer parts of the country.
I can't believe the gall of those housebuilders - they make huge profits on house sales yet they are quibbling over £3k (and I bet that's an exaggerated cost to begin with!). Sprinklers are proven to save lives - but I guess their profit margins mean more

I hope this is another good thing the Welsh govt do (first one was banning ecollars!)
