That's incredible! Well done you. Your dress size goal is superb (I can't imagine ever being a 12!)

My weight gain was a combo of quitting smoking (exactly 5 years ago on 21st of this month), meeting my husband and discovering a love of cooking.

Weigh in day for me today (I'm doing Weight Watchers online).

Week two: 4lbs!!

I'm so pleased. That's half a stone in two weeks. Of course I know you always lose more in the first few weeks and it will just get harder, but at the moment I'm finding it so easy and, dare I say it, fun! I really feel like this is a lifestyle change for me and not just a fad diet.

I'm going to celebrate today...........

.........with a 3 hour, hilly dog walk and a pint of cider I think ;o)

Well done it's great when you see some progress
I'm at the stage where the weight loss is slowing down and it's getting really difficult to keep on .
It's not helped by the fact my OH needs to put on some weight and I have to watch him eating massive amounts of food

Thanks! It's really good but I'm scared to death about it slowing down.

Why do you feel you've plateaued? Are you doing a diet regime?

Not doing any particular diet . Just doing my own thing which usually works .
I will be weighing myself tomorrow so will see if there has been any weight loss this week .
Will post the good or bad news on here tomorrow
