Halogen oven recipes

I bought one of these damn things from JML, for Mrs.S. the other week. You may have seen the things advertised on TV, I hope you may even have one, in which case you might be able to help me find a recipe book for the ruddy thing! So this is basically an SOS! I never thought it would come with no recipes or even guidelines for (eg) chickens/beef/lamb. The JML site doesn't even have a "Contact Us" button!
