Friday 12th May.

Morning all.
What a busy day yesterday. Saw a 4x4 we liked the look of we need a 4x4 to tow the caravan off wet fields possibly in the future and although the Vauxhall is capable of towing but not as well as a bigger engine car would be.
We went over to Bedfordshire and what a waste of time, so seeing if the guy at the caravan yard has done the jobs on the Kia Sorrento today if not we will follow up a Mitsubishi crosser we have seen.
It will mean a trip over to Essex.

Chris I am thinking of you and the family.
griff I hope all your efforts went well yesterday and the dogs weren't put out.
Sue hoping you had an easier day yesterday and will enjoy some you time today.
Kazz I hope you have a lovely day.
brenda I hope you are getting lots of nice walks in as the weather seems to be right for walking at the moment.

Good morning Lyn an Brenda

Hope tri to Essex pays off for you Lynn

Have a good day Brenda and don’t do too much thinking

Busy day yesterday running around but everything achieved. I was meant to have the evening off but at 7.30 got a call to pick Maria up as Sarah had not returned home from playing and Ben could not find her. Eventually found at 8.00 so she us grounded for the weekend. He has bought her a watch so she can tell when she should be home. At least she was safe. Just waiting for the library to open on my way home fro morning school run then will take Teazle out

Take care every one

Thank goodness she turned up safe Sue. Lynn my thinking got me nowhere. I phoned my gp surgery and got told to go to my pharmacist. He was very nice but didn't really help apart from selling me stuff that I don't think will help as most of it is what I have been sort of using. Oh well will give it a whirl and keep my fingers crossed. I did though pop into the charity shop and buy another 50p book.

Thank god Sarah was found safely sue.... I would buy her a tracker watch or if she has a phone... install a tracker on that! Sadly, it's just not the same as when we were kids
Brenda, hope you are o.k
Lynn, I lost the will to live looking at cars!!!! I don't know why people can't just be honest in their listings instead of writing a whole blurb to hide cat c cat s etc right at the bottom

Good after noon all

Off today and have washing on the line and watching the sky like a hawk for first sight of rain tomorrow should be good note I said should be so bedding on the line.

Just popped on here then off to get washing in and off to the farm shop. Attempting again note I say attempting to up my water intake mind you should not be hard as I drink none at the moment LOL so every little will help.

Did anyone watch race across the World have loved it since the first episode I find it enthralling no idea why though just do.

Am certainly gong the garden show at the NEC couple of friends keep saying "yes but no action" so decided I will go on the Friday and I am going blow them all. Just not booking ticket till closer to the date as waiting for an appointment to come through and as soon as I "book" the ticket you watch the letter land on the mat. LOL Karma

Going to post this then come back on later and reply to you all incase I loose this rather long post.

brenda shame the pharmacist is selling you the stuff you already use.
I must say though having worked in a pharmacy many years ago, the owner a pharmacist set up a consultation room and really knew his stuff and so did his assistant.
I do believe if I remember rightly they have to study longer than a GP, same as vets.
Enjoy the book a bargain at 50p.
griff we are on the search again but we have to put into the equation the caravan and preferably 4x4 or all wheel drive, a Bernese especially when it's adult weight plus ease of getting him in and out.
I am not keen on putting my dog in a boot in case you take a rear end shunt I much prefer the middle of the vehicle and restrained. Or all back seats down and some kind of barrier to keep more in the middle of the vehicle but out of the back if in a tight parking spot.
Not asking much are we ??????
Kazz go for it and enjoy.
