It's 2016...i'm back to Slimming World!!!

Hi everyone,

After having to take at least 1 month break (and ending putting all the weight back on), I'm back to doing the slimming world diet (although not joining the group doing it from home).

Anyone else in slimming world?

I'm also a My fitness Pal

Sorry... I enjoyed Christmas but I didnt go mad as a result ive gained a only a couple of ounces that I will get rid of once I get back to work.

I dont think diets work, only lifestyle changes can really help.

My SiL was a trainer (or what ever they call themselves ) for slimming world. He gave it up when they moved. He has now put back on every ounce that he had lost when he was slimmer of the year!

I am afraid I am not a fan of slimming diets although I do think a modified version of the 5-2 diet is a good idea. Not as a temporary measure though but as a permanent live change along with sensible healthy eating.

I used to do slimming world but am now trying weight watchers mainly because the weighing day is better for me, their new plan very similar to SW anyway. I need a group to keep me on track and the support too.
Good luck xionax
