I was sat in the doctors waiting room this morning with Brian and there was a large leaflet all about not washing chicken

Ok I am now convinced but it is going to be very difficult to break the habit

You will have to go cold turkey Nippy Jen.

I love my local butcher giblets with chicken dinosaur turkey giblets at Christmas sold separately. Dillon won't eat them he was frightened of them they were so big. They make brilliant gravy grave as you say Imana.
