Bailey has gone into foster. Here's an update from her fosterer...

"After a tough decision on whom to select, Bailey is the latest guest at our home in Burgess Hill.

We picked her up from Godstone kennels at Midday where we met John.

Bailey travelled well in the car on the way home considering the heat and her excitement.

After exploring the house briefly she was running around the garden with her large pink squeaky bone that she bought with her from the kennels. It wasn't long before she discovered our toy box, it's more a case of which toys she hasn't yet played with. She LOVES playing with toys. Bailey knows exactly what she wants when it comes to playing too.

When we've been playing tug-of-war with a rope toy, she brings it straight back when she wins in order to have another contest, other dogs would just sit and chew on the prize, not Bailey, she wants more competition!

Bailey is very confident, trusting and loving already. Giving plenty of kisses and rolling over, letting us rub her tummy.

Kim took Bailey for a walk over the local Rec this evening, she met lots of dogs and people and was friendly to all.

She's also spent a lot of time in the garden chasing.....flies!

She also likes playing with the watering can, catching the water as Kim was watering the plants. It turned into a full-blown game! (Video to come)

It's only been 9 hours since we've had her, but Bailey is a smasher! "

An update from Bailey's fosterers:

"We have gradually introduced some new situations for Bailey and so far, bless her, so good.

She's been walking with three small jack russells, and getting along fine.

Bailey is very friendly towards other dogs and has no trouble in allowing another dog into her home".

Bailey is still available for adoption.
