I made lasange last night with the Quorn mince and its lovely and hardly any fat in it. You could use low fat cheese etc and put loadsa vegetables in it too. You could have it as a treat at the weekends!

Or brown rice risotto. Brown rice with shi-take mushrooms, scallions and peppers and any other veges you want to put into it.

Failing that the best I can think of is celery!!

Haven't got any suggestions sorry cos I have never really been on a serious diet and don't know much about them but just wanted to say congratulations on losing all that weight. Ideally I would like to lose a stone to a stone and half and I am hoping to do that this summer

How long did it take you to lose weight?

I would also love to lose some weight but my addiction to chocolate, crisps and bread is difficult to overcome!!
