More good news!

If a rare job interview today wasn't enough, I had a PM on another Forum (an Irish, general one, not doggy) from a member who happens to work at a radio station. Would I be interested in going on their afternoon programme re the book? The member concerned has a copy... obviously likes it!
Just waiting for a call from the Producer.....

Thanks folks!
Just had a text. Apparently they will do it over the phone, just as well as it's a four hour drive away (Cork) but I don't know yet whether that would be live, recorded, or if they are just seeking info and doing a report on it. Problem is, they are thinking of doing it next week...... I might be at work!!!!

Wll who knows, explain to your new job that you are doing a telephone interview and see what they say, they may let you as long as it's the radio station calling!

I don't think they would mind too much if they got a free plug too! Anyway, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Might not get the job. They might not start the new person until January, very sensible as it saves them paying bank holidays right away!!!
