nine men get off rape charges

this made me feel sick nine men who admitted having sexual intecourse with a ten year child got let off.
The judge's statement was shocking saying that the ten year probally let them do it WTF
She, (yes it was a female judge,) should lose her seat I hope this goes back to court and is re heard under a different judge I still can't believe that this sort of abuse could be just swept under the table like that
There is no excuse for mental, physical or sexual abuse ever

I saw this on the news last night, and was, quite frankly, completely gobsmacked. It's not often I'm lost for words, but this was one occasion.......

I know how you felt, that judge needs her head read, to blame a child for what grown men did to her is as sick as those nine

Just about sums up this country, unless you are an illegal immigrant you are on your own!!!!!

To suggest a 10 year old child gave consent is ridiculous, she's 10! The judge needs not only to lose her seat but to go to prison for allowing child abuse.

My God what on earth is wrong with the judge the poor girl is under age even if she did let the blokes do it i think they should cut the blokes bits off they would never do it again and the judge should go to prison.

I suppose the judge said the girl "let" them do it because she didn't put up a fight, but what chance of a fight does a 10 year old have against 9 fully grown men. If you were petrified and weaker than your attacker and unable to fight, does this constitute consent?! According to that judge it looks as though it does.

I'm not one for wishing harm on anybody, but maybe they should put the judge in a room with the 9 men and see what kind of a fight she can put up.
