Daily Thread, Tuesday, 6th August, 2019Good morning e

Good morning everybody, nice sunshiney morning here, I wonder how long that will last. I trust you and your four legged friends are all in fine fettle.

Harvey hope you are improving day by day.

Have a good day all, stay warm and dry and above all safe and well. God bless.

Good morning Moyra and all who follow

Hope you are improving Harvey

Lovely morning here and quite warm. Have been and dead headed some roses, repotted some carnation cuttings and picked and frozen yet more runner beans.

Hope all are well

Have a good day and stay safe.

Good afternoon all.

It's been a lovely day here up to half an hour ago when we had what can only be described as a 15 minute cloud burst with rumbles of thunder thrown in for good measure. Now it's sunny again, go figure - strange weather.

Gary stayed home today so we had a relaxing morning walk. Think he's in a bit of a downer again, but he'll soon bounce back.

Ordered a load of dog food this afternoon which should come on Thursday and keep her ladyship going for a while

Quiet on here today

Evening, had bad pains in my tummy, deags decided I needed to be up at 3 so she could have a toilet trip. Got up, found out a bit more about Steve's family, nipped out for kitty food and came home and cooked.... exciting times!

Random thought prompted by mums in the cafe this morning - why do they park prams with the sun streaming in on their babies when it would be a lot more comfortable for said babies to have their prams turned away from the sun?

me neither and you can see the babies/young tots don't either.

Such a simple thing that you would think mothers would automatically do it for their children's comfort.

It is just something I've noticed over time and it really does irritate me - nearly as much as those who let their kids run riot while others are eating

Rant over - promise
