Not quite house trained

HI,
We have a 7 month old Border Collie and she's sort of house trained but we can't seem to move to that final step.
She goes outside first thing every morning - can't get outside fast enough to go and will do wee and poo. She'll go outside last thing at night.
When we take her out she automatically goes when we get back but usually only wee and then will poo inside about 20 mins later.
She never indicates that she wants to go out so if we miss the signs she just does it inside.
In the 5 months we've had her she's only wee'd in a place other than a patch outside our front door twice - once on the beach and once at dog training. It's impossible to get her to go while we are out for a walk etc.
We praise her loads when she goes outside so knows we prefer that but seems to think it doesn't matter if she goes inside. When she goes inside it's always in the lounge or hall.

She's crated at night and is clean all night (11 pm - 6.20 am).
On another matter, she doesn;t like to be approached by people but loves to approach them and tries to jump up.
Any ideas please?

Its easy to house train your puppy or even older dog, just takes a bit of time. This guide should help!
