Positive Vibes needed for Luke.

Hi all,
Luke has his assessment on Thursday for part of his cooking exam.He is loving doing this subject so i'm hoping he will do well.
He has to do a healthy snack on thursday so he's doing,
Tuna & Mayo sandwich,brown bread,low fat butter and Mayo and a fruit smoothie to follow using semi skimmed milk low fat yogart,banana, and strawberries.
