Ideas for a Xmas Breakfast - American style

My kids ages 16+ are at their dad's for dinner this year, but so hub & I aren't left out they said they will stay here Xmas Eve, have presents & brekkie in the morning & then go around 1pm.
So I have the idea to make a something special breakfast with all the table done etc... there will be 6 of us.
What to make - any ideas? (not a full english though or fish)
The only idea I've come up with so far is a kind of American themed which teenagers might like.
Steak & Eggs
Hash browns
Pancakes
Muffins
Fruit salad
can't think of anything else??

oh yes waffles - thanks I'll add them to the list - I love maple syrup too. I've got a photo of a breakfast I had at IHOP in Florida (yes I took a photo of my pancakes!) they were huge!!

Here's the pic I took of my pancakes on holiday - glad I took it now as I can copy it - If I ate this I don't think I could manage anything else

My mouth is watering at that pancake picture. We always say that on Christmas Day don't we? I could NOT eat another thing and then the mince pies are passed round and we manage to squeeze one in...and then the cake and there's still After Eights to finish, in it all goes!

Buttermilk Pancakes I am becoming addicted to them especially if Blueberries are involved

Eggs, Crispy bacon, hashbrowns, gammon/ham, sausage.

I'm living in the South and Biscuits seem to popular here for breakfast, a bit like our Scones, but lighter and fluffier, and you can put anything in them, Bacon and Eggs work good

French Toast and Waffles, Maple Syrup, Coffee , Orange Juice.

I am now hungry xxx
