Good morning Moyra and all who follow

Sounds as if you had a good day out yesterday Lynn

Dry and bright here and hoping it will last a few more days to dry out the veg patch so I can dig it over. Have decided to turf some as the only things that really do well are runner beans and sprouts so half of it will be more than enough.

Hope all are well

Have a good day and stay safe

Moyra will be thinking of you in you and hope the medical profession can answer some of your queries re appointment days times etc. So sound quite chipper too.

i was thinking of a raised bed as well, Not that hard to make and get a yard or so of top soil in to fill it. Almost as cheap as getting turf for the amount we need

Just what I was thinking may change what you can grow too as you would have a deeper area and can choose the type of growing media.

Yes a raised bed would help with the planting of certain things but the area is too big and as I am the one that has to dig, plant. water, pick and then clear I think I am entitled to have what I think I can manage and not what Barry would like to do. He is very good at standing and supervising but not the work! I am still looking at an area of 12x8ft to plant in so not too small.

Afternoon everyone very cold and breezy here.

Some of the Morris dancers and the Pig Dyke Molly dancers and the nature reserve we visited yesterday. Pig Dyke mollies are in the black and white costumes.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.
