You might get it in health food shops, but I buy it on line.

We've only been using it for around three months but it really does seem to work well for our dog. If you try it please let us know how it works for you. There are so many variables with allergies that you're never quite sure what is working.

The other thing I forgot to mention is that we had her blood tested to find out exactly what she was allergic to and now she's getting allergy shots. If you haven't looked into the possibility of doing that I'd recommend it as it's the next best thing to complete cure (in fact it is a complete cure for a few lucky dogs). It's succesful with approx 80% of dogs.

Dogs can tollerate a LOT more antihistamine than humans. We use piriton and were told by the vet that we could give our 10kg dog 2 a day. But I'm pretty sure she can have up to 6.
