Organic or Free Range?

The eggs from my chickens aren't organic, but taste 200% better than normal shop bought eggs.....

Free range would be better than normal but organic is better than all.

If you think about it, cattle is 'free range' but they are fed awful feed, given routine antibiotics and growth hormones and sterorids

Same with battery hens, routine antibiotics to help with cutting spread of infection, growth hormones to get more money and total crap for food - so you end up eating all this. In addition battery hens dont see any daylight, so don't get vit D etc (explains why you get so many with broken legs in the supermarkets).

I would always go organic, esp when it comes to eggs.

It does look nice, when I do it eggs (not often) I will by organic.
But sadly/happily depending on your opinion my idea of a 15minute meal is to pick up the phone, dial, wait and then eat.

Oooh sounds yummy!

Anyone mind if I add one? We now get our eggs from the butcher and they are free-range and cheaper than the supermarket .

Using extra virgin olive oil, fry some onion, garlic, chopped pepper, and various veggies such as kale, shredded parrsnip or butternut squash (anything really such as spinach) and shredded sweet potato. Add one (or two!) whisked egg(s) (plus herbs to your taste) and make an omelette! Essentially a Spanish omelette.

I might get Michelle to try that as it looks really nice.

In this house I get instant food. Michelle brings it in and I instantly eat it.
