Made a collar for Ella. Sewed it by hand. Must now amputate hand..

I thought it would be a nice idea to sew a reflective fleece collar for Ella myself, as it's a lot cheaper than buying one.
Then I thought I could start making them and selling them, so the first one I sewed by hand to figure out how to do it etc.
Now every finger hurts and I feel like keeping my hands in the freezer lol
But I'm quite chuffed with the result. Obviously not as nice as if I made it with my sewing machine though..

Ella is lucky to have such a clever owner! If mine had to rely on me to make them a collar, they'd have to put up with a bit of string tied round their neck.

You are far too modest about your achievement. I am a seamstress too and I can hardly believe you sewed that by hand! Talk about a 'labour of love' wow! Well done. And it looks so COMFY which is my number one priority for collars and harnesses for my menace.

Malka don't say that too loud! She's already using her good looks and cuteness to get out of trouble!

Tang, thanks but you've not seen it close up! It's got loads of mistakes and the fleece isn't very even. lol
My main goal was comfyness, I've got a reflective collar for the night but it's made of plastic and I bought it in Wilkinsons! So this one should be nice to wear for her
