Thing is - I really worry about her rubbing her little pointy skinny bony head on the hard concrete. I mean it's not as if she is WET. We are talking about one or maybe two tiny spits of rain hitting her. I don't even notice them before she goes into this rigmarole. It's just such an overdramatic frantic petrified look thingie she does. I have to stop her.
It's funny when she does it indoors on rugs, towels, sofas and beds after a shower or bath. But not so funny on the hard dry concrete outside!
