My viewpoint is that no, it is not - the clone may well be a genetically identical human with a copy of your memories (not unlike twins at birth) but you are separate entities.

The simplest way I can support my viewpoint is this: if you were to die, and the clone continued to live, you personally, would not see/hear/share/know about anything the clone does (because you are biologically dead). The clone's life may well continue, but it is just that - the clone's life, a life that undoubtedly has links to yours, but the clone's life nonetheless.

What do you think?
I'd change your circle of friends if I were you Azz

My answer is the same as Tang's a big "no" they can't be the same because they aren't YOU are they. They're just a mirror image, image being the operative word, because even if they are capable of cloning people they can't clone what's in our mind/brain/soul can they? A person's personality lies in their soul and nothing else except the brain that transcribes what's in the soul, so how can one clone a person's inner soul, they can't, end of surely

If I cloned Zena and did different things along the way with the cloned dog, she'd end up a different dog at the end of it wouldn't she .... I think?

Oh I dunno, I've even forgotten the question now lol

A clone would be identical to you at the moment of birth. After that the experiences which shape each individual would differ from moment to moment resulting in two distinct people.

No - I thought you can't clone memory or personality.

There is only one of each of us. There's no paradox here.
Even if a chone was born the same time same mother did everything the same two different body's mean to different beings
