Oh, and after watching, that IS a muzzle and it was NOT 6 o'clock when they were there are the plaintiff said it was past 7:20 when the incident occurred. The defendant took forever to mention that the dog WAS wearing the muzzle, or "might have been".
The judge is also a pompous flaming impartial annoyance. There was no evidence brought up that the JRT wasn't like many of them and simply picked a fight she could not win. He just took their word for it because it was clear from the beginning that he favored those dogs.
Funny, funny case. Might have been staged, as well. A cynical, biased, condescending, and unprofessional judge, an old man who I can barely understand and very little to no credible evidence presented in the court IMO.
