Thanks i dont suppose if anyone knows if you have booked camping from the day before the show if you have to be on site by a certain time in the evening? it says opens from 12 noon,but would prefer not to leave home before teatime then i can go to my voluntary job its approx 2hrs from mine to show venue.so would arriving at say 7-8pm in the evening be a problem.

I dont know at baa, but at kc shows it usually says that arrivals after a certain time are to notify in advance, but that is not usually before 8pm. Why dont you give the sec an email or a call to check.
